PTFE Sheet is a wide range of material that can be made by compression molding from powdered raw material containing pure PTFE or various inorganic fillers. And it’s used for joining and processing of parts requiring self-lubricating, low friction, high hardness, abrasion resistance and heat resistance such as sheet packing, gasket, electrical insulation material and mechanical parts.
PTFE Rod is a material formed by compressing or extruding powder raw materials containing pure PTFE or various inorganic fillers to a predetermined thickness. It is used for electric and mechanical parts by cutting and milling.
PTFE Pipe is a thick, cylindrical material made using compression molding. It is use for where hot or corrosive fluids are in contact, valves requiring lubrication-free operation, V-packing, Gasket, Packing, machining of sub-core insulator, etc.
Punching or cutting the PTFE sheet to make it into the required shape and use it in places where chemical resistance is needed, where electrical insulation is required, and where fluid contamination should be avoided.
O-ring is produced by cutting PTFE Pipe. Like a rubber O-ring, a grooved flange is required. At this time, the groove of the PTFE O-ring should be slightly larger than the groove of the rubber O-ring. It is used when the normal rubber O-ring can not be used depending on the temperature control and fluid used.
It is an Auto Lip Seal type packing which is made by cutting PTFE material. It has extremely low friction with the shaft and prevents the shaft from sticking. We manufacture valves, control valves, piston packing, etc. for production lines that use organic solvent, strong acid, food manufacturing, corrosive fluid, high pressure gas (ammonia synthesis, hydrogen, etc.)
